Gatishakti initiative- PM Narendra Modi announced a Rs 100 lakh crore ”Gatishakti” initiative. This sanction is to bring employment opportunities for the youth and to help in holistic infrastructure growth.

Next phase of SAMVAD Launched- The Union Minister or Women and Child Development, Smriti Zubin Irani, launched IInd phase of SAMVAD-Support, Advocacy & Mental health interventions for children in Vulnerable circumstances And Distress. SAMVAD is a National Initiative and Integrated Resource that works in child protection, mental health and psychosocial care.

National Hydrogen Mission Launched- On India’s 75th Independence Day, PM Narendra Modi announced the launch of the National Hydrogen Mission (NHM). The mission of NHM is to make the country a global hub for the production and export of green Hydrogen.

Amrit Mahotsav-PM Narendra Modi said the Indian Railways will launch 75 Vande Bharat trains to connect India’s far-flung areas. PM Said ‘”During the 75 weeks of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, 75 new Vande Bharat express trains will be launched and will connect every corner of the country”. As he compared the Vande Bharat initiative to the UDAN scheme(Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik) for flights.

04 new districts in Chhattisgarh-On the 75th Independence Day, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has announced four new districts and 18 new tehsils in the state. The new districts are Mohla Manpur, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Shakti, Manendragarh. At present, there are 28 districts in Chhattisgarh and after the announcement of four new districts, the number will increase to 32.

Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana(BSKY)-Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik announces smart health cards for 3.5 crore people under its flagship health assurance scheme Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana(BSKY). By this initiative, Odisha will become first state in the country to launch a Digital smart health card.
